PRINCÍPIO DE FUNCIONAMENTO

- O método de alteração do valor de consigna de controle pode responder ao atraso do sistema no processo o mais rapidamente possível e obter um sobreimpulso menor do sistema. O controle consiste em dois conjuntos de laços de controle PID, chamados: laço principal e laço secundário. A saída de controle do laço principal é usada como o valor de consigna do laço secundário. Controlando o gradiente de variação da temperatura desta maneira, garante-se a precisão do controle de temperatura do sistema.
- O preditor de histerese especialmente projetado gera um sinal dinâmico yc(t) em vez da variável de processo y(t) como sinal de realimentação. Ele gera um sinal e(t) para o controlador, de modo que o controlador prevê que a ação de controle não terá grande atraso.
