Hydrogen gas passes through an internal high-pressure heat exchanger, and the refrigeration system directly exchanges heat with hydrogen gas through refrigerant, achieving efficient heat exchange and temperature control.
The equipment body adopts a positive pressure explosion-proof system, and the positive pressure system is equipped with a thermostat to ensure that the system environment is maintained at room temperature.
Compared to traditional antifreeze or other fluids that exchange heat with hydrogen gas, this equipment uses refrigerant (phase change heat) as the medium for the refrigeration system, which has higher energy efficiency
Built in renewable dryer ensures internal dryness of the positive pressure system without condensation.
It can be combined with high-pressure microchannel heat exchangers or shell and tube heat exchangers (99Mpa) to form a heat exchange and temperature control unit.
The equipment adopts frequency conversion control, and the technical parameter table shows the cooling capacity under 50Hz working condition. When the frequency conversion is adjusted to 70Hz, the cooling capacity will also increase proportionally.
