Análise de simulação e análise de resultados da gestão térmica de baterias
The battery thermal management system mainly includes high-temperature cooling and low-temperature heating functions. The high-temperature cooling methods of thermal management mainly include air cooling, liquid cooling, phase change material cooling, and heat pipe cooling; the low-temperature heating methods of thermal management mainly include battery internal heating method and battery external heating method. The high-temperature cooling method of the thermal management system of a pure electric car adopts air cooling. The rear seat battery pack arranged under the rear seat of the vehicle is designed with a vent at the front end and communicates with the passenger compartment. Two metal air ducts are installed in the middle of the front and rear battery packs. The exhaust fan assembly at the rear of the trunk extracts the air-conditioning air in the passenger compartment to cool the battery pack. When the ambient temperature is too low, a heater is installed inside the front battery pack, and the fan on the upper part of the heater and the fan in the trunk are used to perform forced convection on the heater to achieve the purpose of heating.
The ambient temperature of the high-temperature cooling of the battery pack is 40°C, the temperature at the air inlet of the front battery pack is 19°C, and the battery pack is discharged at 1C. The low-temperature heating environment temperature is -10 ℃, the battery pack is heated by the heater of the front battery pack, and the heater is started by the external power supply through DC/DC, and the battery pack is in a non-discharging state during this process.
- High temperature cooling steady state analysis of battery pack
The temperature distribution trend of the battery pack can be found by using the steady-state analysis results of the battery pack, which plays an important role in the design and improvement of the battery pack.
2.Transient analysis of battery pack high temperature cooling
The battery pack steady-state analysis can find the battery pack temperature distribution trend. The battery pack capacity of electric vehicles is limited, so the transient analysis of the battery pack is close to the actual situation and the rationality of the simulation analysis can be verified by experiments.
3. Steady-state analysis of battery pack heating at low temperature
Charging the battery under low ambient temperature will not only damage the battery but also bring safety hazards. Therefore, it is necessary to heat the minimum temperature of the battery pack to a reasonable working temperature area before charging the battery.
4. Transient analysis results of battery pack low temperature heating
Heating the battery pack with a heater.
