The control system processes the program containing control codes or other instructions, decodes them via a computer, and directs the machine to perform specified actions. This process uses cutting tools to transform raw materials into semi-finished parts.
 
During operation, the CNC machining center generates heat from the spindle, requiring a cooling system to maintain optimal performance. To address this, a cooling chiller is used to provide water circulation cooling. This type of chiller is often referred to as a CNC machine coolant chillers.
 
A CNC machining center chiller is a cooling device that ensures constant temperature, flow, and pressure of the cooling water. It typically consists of the following components:
Cooling water tank  
Circulation water pump
