LNEYA’s KRY automotive chiller is classified into three stages according to its temperature control range. KRY automotive chiller has low-temperature series and normal-temperature series. The temperature control range of low-temperature series is -20℃~100℃ and -40℃~100℃. The temperature control range of normal-temperature series is 0℃~100℃. This equipment supports independent control for multiple flow channels, and each group can be independently set.

The power battery is the core component of new energy vehicles, providing energy for electric vehicles. During the charging and discharging process, the power battery generates heat, and higher temperatures can affect many operational parameters of the battery. The thermal effect issue of the battery can also impact the safety performance and driving range of the entire vehicle. Lneya’s battery chiller adopts battery thermal management system to provide high and low-temperature test environments for battery packs, modules, and cells of new energy vehicles.

To meet the testing requirements of core components such as battery packs, modules, and cells for new energy vehicles, we provide a specially designed high-low temperature experimental environment. This environment can accurately simulate various extreme climate conditions, including high temperatures, low temperatures, and rapid temperature changes. In this way, the performance and stability of batteries under different temperature conditions can be comprehensively evaluated, ensuring their reliability and safety in actual use. In addition, this experimental environment also supports long-term continuous operation, providing R&D personnel with more flexible and efficient testing solutions. In the market, LNEYA’s KRY series automotive chiller can control both flow and pressure. Currently, there are two approaches. One is to adjust the main path and bypass through a proportional valve; the other is to control the variable frequency pump through a frequency converter.

LNEYA’s KRY series automotive chiller uses proportional valve to regulate flow. Generally, it is applied in the low-temperature to high-temperature range, with long response time and low control accuracy requirements. If high-precision control is needed, fast response and low-temperature resistance are required. Ordinary proportional valve cores cannot meet the requirements. Custom-made high-precision proportional valve from abroad are costly, and they are also prone to leakage at low temperature.
