Refrigerated Circulators are frequently used in industry. Circulating coolers are required for the heating parts of various equipment, so the operating efficiency is very important.
Therefore, we need to perform maintenance from the following aspects:
Cooling water and water pipes
During the operation of the circulating chiller, it is necessary to frequently check whether the cooling water pipe connection is safe and firm, and whether the flow, temperature and pressure of the cooling water are appropriate, so as to avoid excessive or insufficient water flow and affect the cooling effect of the circulating chiller.
Circulating water level and quantity
Operators also need to set a time to check the circulating water position of the water tank on a specific date each year to avoid the water level dropping without knowing it, resulting in insufficient circulating water supply, so it is necessary to check and replenish the circulating water regularly.
Water quality
During the use of the circulating chiller, in order to prevent the growth of microorganisms and other substances in the circulating water, which will affect the cooling effect of the circulating chiller, it is necessary to pay attention to the water quality problem. It is recommended to check the water quality problem regularly and replace the water quality at least once a year.
Regular cleaning
The compressor air-cooling filter and cooling fan blades in the circulating chiller should be cleaned regularly. It is recommended to clean them every 6 months. After cleaning, 1 to 2 drops of lubricating oil should be added to the fan bearing of the circulating chiller.
In order to reduce the impact of scale on the flow and cooling capacity of the circulating chiller, the pipeline should be cleaned every 5 years (every 2 years if tap water is used for cooling) to reduce the generation of scale in the pipeline.

A closed loop water system is a chiller that uses water as a heat transfer medium. The closed loop chilled water system design is more energy efficient and environmentally friendly than other types of chillers.
There are three basic types of chillers:
Open loop chillers
Open loop chillers use a cooling tower to transfer heat from the refrigeration loop to the atmosphere.
Mixed flow chillers
Mixed flow chillers are a combination of open and closed loop systems, using both air and water for heat transfer.
Closed loop chillers
Closed loop water chiller systems are generally more energy efficient and environmentally friendly than other types of chillers because they use only water as a heat transfer medium.
The system prevents the coolant from coming into direct contact with anything other than the chiller system itself and the air. This is the key difference between closed loop chillers and open loop chillers.
